James L. Henley Jr. is a dedicated Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee serving Jackson and the Southern District of Mississippi. A native of Jackson, he brings dual expertise as a CPA, attorney, and certified financial forensics specialist.
In addition to his work in bankruptcy law, Henley has served as Secretary-Treasurer of the Mississippi Bar Foundation and past president of the Magnolia Bar Association.
He also ministers as pastor of Fresh Start Christian Church and mentors inner-city youth—wearing both legal and pastoral hats with compassion and integrity.
